Belinda Ferrand lives in Texas and has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and loan business. Starting her career at a small bank in Louisiana, Belinda went on to manage diverse loan portfolios for a large international corporate bank. Reviewing loan history for litigation and adverse action loans trained Belinda's eye to catch every inaccuracy, notice, the slightest inconsistency, and is what helped her become such a phenomenal transaction coordinator.
Clients love her energy, her willingness to help and her attention to detail. Belinda also assists in training new transaction & listing coordinators to ensure they can absorb the tips of thinking outside the box and doing what is necessary to go above and beyond to make sure the clients are top priority.
