This is a work from home position with local travel to meetings and events, reporting directly to our CEO.

About the Position.
Attend/Host meetings and classes to present company core values and products, speak with agents and potential clients to answer questions. Contacting tenured clients to maintain strong relationships, discuss new products, document and convey trends of feedback and/or improvement opportunities. Identify trendsetting ideas and topics by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Formal business development, sales, and/or relationship management experience is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Texas Real Estate experience preferred
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is strongly preferred as you need to be familiar with real estate contracts
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Have excellent attention to detail and a high-level of accuracy with documents
Learning based and solution oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
Salary and bonus contingent upon production.
